What we sell and how we source it
We sell a mix of digital licence keys and physical software packages. Licence keys are obtained from third‑party distributors and wholesalers. Each product page clearly states the licence type (for example: Retail, OEM, MAK/Volume, or Subscription), the number of permitted activations or seats, regional restrictions (if any), and whether the key is transferable. We aim to provide accurate, up‑to‑date product information — but buyers are responsible for selecting the correct edition and region for their needs.
Authenticity & Activation
We verify keys at the point of sourcing and test activation flows regularly. However, because keys are issued by third parties and activated against the publisher’s activation servers, we cannot control the long‑term policies of the software publishers. If you experience activation problems, we provide troubleshooting, replacement keys, or refunds in accordance with our Licence & Activation Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
No misleading claims
We never claim to be the original software developer or to provide official manufacturer support. Where we reference a brand (for example, Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Office), it is only to indicate product compatibility and edition. We are transparent about our role as a reseller and will not use wording or logos that imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by the trademark owner.
Compliance with advertising and platform rules
We follow industry best practices and platform rules regarding accurate product information, transparent seller identity, clear refund and delivery policies, and truthful advertising. We maintain up‑to‑date business listings, contact information, and verifiable company details (including address and tax identifiers where applicable) on our website and on any advertising platforms where we list products. How to verify seller credibility
