4. Ordering and Delivery
– Once payment is confirmed, your licence key(s) will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout, typically within minutes.
– Ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive your key within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
– Delivery times may vary based on payment verification or system load.
5. Payment
– We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
– All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store card details.
– Orders may be subject to additional verification or security checks.
6. Refunds and Replacements
– Refunds are available only for unactivated keys within 14 days of purchase.
– Once a licence key has been viewed, used, or activated, it cannot be refunded due to the nature of digital goods.
– If you receive an invalid or non-functional key, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Licence Terms and Usage
– You are purchasing a licence key to activate genuine software from the manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft).
– Each licence key is valid for the edition and device count specified in the product description.
– Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised sharing of keys is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension or legal action.
8. Account and Security
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
– Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or order.
9. Limitation of Liability
– Codes.ms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
– Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
